None at all. Over 90% of our flyers are complete first-timers. Your 20-minute training session covers everything, and a certified instructor is physically beside you for every second of your flight.
Flyers must be at least 4 years old — there is no upper age limit (our oldest flyer so far was 89!). Weight limits are 120 kg for flyers under 183 cm and 130 kg for flyers over 183 cm.
Comfortable clothes and lace-up sneakers. Avoid skirts, sandals and loose jewellery. We provide the flight suit, helmet, goggles and earplugs. Long hair should be tied back.
One of the safest adventure activities there is — no height, no parachute, no impact. The wind supports you about a metre above a trampoline-style net with your instructor in contact throughout. All instructors are IBA-certified.
